Shipping and Returns/Refund

We at Lunar Rituals believe in value so we do our best to ensure tracking information is provided for your purchased goods. Lunar Rituals ships worldwide and all sales are final however, products damaged during shipping can be replaced by making a claim
here within 14 days of arrival date. You must upload a picture of the damaged item and your receipt. Once the picture is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return inquiry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
